Welcome to Scott’s Charcuterie! I’m Maureen Scott, a passionate young professional dedicated to creating delightful charcuterie experiences. I graduated in December of 2024, with an Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality and Business Management from Columbus State Community College. I also have a background in Dietetics from Bowling Green State University.

At Scotts Charcuterie, I believe that food is a way to connect and celebrate. I carefully source the finest ingredients—artisanal cheeses, cured meats, and fresh fruits—to craft beautiful, flavorful boards for any occasion.

With experience at Gordon’s Gourmet of Columbus and National Church Residences/First Community Village, I have developed strong customer service skills and a commitment to quality.
